Excelon Associates is led by founder Susan Forman, President and CEO, alongside a four-person leadership team with 45 combined years of recruiting experience. The team pairs full-cycle search expertise with practical backgrounds in the sectors the firm serves, including a master's prepared nurse heading education and healthcare and an active equity and options trader heading the financial services practice.

Susan Forman
Founded Excelon Associates in 2007 with a focus on higher education recruitment. Her instinct for matching the right leader with the right institution has been the foundation of the firm's reputation since day one, and she continues to lead searches at the highest levels of the institutions the firm serves.
Randie Levine
A master's prepared nurse who practiced neonatal and pediatric critical care nursing in NYC before moving to full-cycle talent acquisition across education and healthcare. Candidates for clinical and academic leadership roles speak with a recruiter who has stood where they stand.
Monica Vered
With over 17 years at Excelon Associates, Monica works across higher education, K-12, healthcare, technology, and operations, with a particular instinct for relationship building and cultural fit. Much of the firm's repeat business begins with a relationship she started.
Joshua Forman
Oversees the firm's financial services division, operational infrastructure, and talent pipeline strategy. An active licensed equity and options trader with deep blockchain and digital asset industry knowledge, he leads the practice serving traditional finance and web3 organizations.
