Monica Vered

As VP of Recruitment and Business Development at Excelon Associates, Monica works across the verticals of higher education, K-12, healthcare, technology, and operations. She is known for her instinct for finding the hard-to-find candidate and serves as the account manager for K-12 positions within the firm.

Monica began her career as a professional dancer after graduating from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY. She taught dance to adults in New York City and toured nationally in "A Chorus Line." After several years as a stay-at-home parent, she returned to the workforce with Allegro Productions as Manager of Corporate Relations, where she secured corporate sponsorships for schools across America.

She brought that relationship-driven, mission-focused energy to Excelon Associates, where she has been working for over 12 years in Palm Beach County. Her background in performance, relationship building, and education advocacy gives her a perspective on candidate motivation and cultural fit that is genuinely distinctive in the recruitment industry.
