Client companies must respect this fact and work to minimize exposure of candidates throughout the search process. Client companies accessing the site acknowledge and agree to refrain from sharing or disclosing any candidate names or presentation materials with anyone other than those individuals directly involved in the search effort.

Provided you do not modify or delete any Intellectual Property (as this term is defined below) or other information or notices, users may download material from this website for their own personal, non-commercial use only.
