Randie Levine

Randie is a master's prepared nurse and recruiter who brings a rare combination of clinical expertise and talent acquisition skill to her work at Excelon Associates. Early in her career, she practiced nursing in New York City with a focus on neonatal nursing and pediatric critical care. After completing her master's degree, she spent several years as a Maternal Child Health Nursing Administrator.

After taking time to raise her family, Randie returned to the workforce as a recruiter in Boca Raton, FL, channeling her clinical background into a new calling. She is a dynamic, results-focused talent acquisition professional who manages all phases of domestic and international full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and qualifying through coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and closing candidates.

Randie is particularly skilled at creatively sourcing hard-to-find, high-caliber passive candidates for entry-level through C-level positions. She works on direct-hire, contract, and temp-perm positions across contingency, retained, and confidential searches, and serves as account manager for education and healthcare clients across the country.
