Randie Levine

Randie is a master's prepared nurse and recruiter. Early in her career she practiced nursing in New York City with a focus on neonatal nursing and pediatric critical care. After receiving her master's, she spent several years as a Maternal Child Health Nursing Administrator.

She took time off to raise her children and returned to the workforce as a recruiter in Boca Raton, FL. Randie is a dynamic and results-focused talent recruitment and acquisition professional. She manages all phases of domestic and international full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing and qualifying through coordinating interviews, negotiating, and closing candidates.

She creatively sources hard-to-find, high-caliber passive candidates for entry-level through C-level positions. Randie works on direct-hire, contract, and temp-perm positions for contingency, retained, and confidential searches across education and healthcare.
