Director of Enrollment (Remote Team)

Our client, a trade school with online and ground campuses across Georgia and Florida, is hiring a Director of Enrollment to lead a remote team of admissions representatives. The role covers the full enrollment process, from how leads get distributed and worked, to how marketing campaigns perform, to whether the team meets its goals each term.

It suits a leader who is comfortable managing people remotely. Check-ins happen over video and messaging, performance is tracked through daily reports and KPIs, and the director works closely with marketing to refine campaigns and keep the pipeline full.

Key Areas of Impact

  • Lead and monitor a remote team of admissions representatives across online and ground campuses
  • Own lead distribution, Speed to Lead processes, and overall lead quality and volume
  • Partner with marketing to build, refine, and review enrollment campaigns
  • Manage the admissions pipeline and clear bottlenecks before they slow enrollment
  • Run performance reviews, set goals, and develop each team member
  • Report monthly and end-of-term results to senior management

Monitoring a Remote Team

  • Check in with remote admissions staff over video calls and messaging platforms
  • Review daily reports and metrics to confirm goals are on track

Running the Admissions Team

  • Manage the distribution of new leads to admissions representatives
  • Monitor the activity of admissions representatives
  • Oversee Speed to Lead processes
  • Address any issues with lead quality or volume
  • Ensure clear communication of admissions policies and procedures
  • Update Verity systems with new data
  • Maintain data integrity and accuracy
  • Run virtual team meetings to review performance, address issues, and share updates
  • Provide training and development sessions for admissions staff
  • Review weekly performance reports and KPIs for each team member
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Hold daily meetings with admissions representatives
  • Hold weekly stitch-in meetings with respective campus staff, both online and ground campuses

Working with Marketing

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to review and refine ongoing campaigns
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback
  • Prepare for upcoming campaigns alongside the marketing team
  • Review the performance of past campaigns and apply what worked to future efforts

Managing the Pipeline

  • Review the admissions pipeline to track steady progress and spot trends
  • Identify and clear bottlenecks in the process
  • Analyze monthly performance data to gauge how well admissions strategies are working
  • Prepare detailed reports covering successes, challenges, and areas for improvement

Reviews, Goals, and Reporting

  • Conduct one-on-one performance reviews with admissions staff
  • Set goals and development plans for each team member
  • Prepare and present monthly and end-of-term reports to senior management, covering key metrics and performance outcomes
