Recruitment & Enrollment
  • Promote the client across assigned geographic territories, enroll qualified prospects, and ensure the timely start of new students.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and lead-generating activities within territories as required.
  • Proactively follow up with potential students using phone, email, and direct mail.
  • Generate referrals through networking with instructors, students, graduates, and employers.
Military & Veteran Outreach
  • Represent the organization at career fairs, both in person and virtual, to expand the network and develop strategic relationships.
  • Drive Military Base development and visits, engage with local and state veteran organizations, and foster relationships with the National Guard and Reserves.
  • Support campus leadership in coordinating veteran student activities and initiatives.
Leadership & Reporting
  • Provide leadership and strategic guidance to achieve admissions goals and operational objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reports.
  • Communicate daily with the Vice President of High School and Military Admissions.
  • Conduct weekly campus calls to offer training and guidance.
