President / CEO
Seeing a gap in the industry, Susan founded Excelon Associates in 2007 with a focus on higher education recruitment. Today the firm serves higher education, healthcare, financial services, and government clients nationwide and internationally. Her instinct for identifying the right leader for the right institution has been the foundation of Excelon's reputation since day one.
VP, Education and Healthcare Recruitment
A master's prepared nurse and recruiter, Randie practiced neonatal nursing and pediatric critical care in NYC before transitioning to full-cycle talent acquisition. She manages domestic and international recruiting across education and healthcare, specializing in finding high-caliber passive candidates from entry level through C-suite.
VP, Business Development and Recruitment
With over 17 years at Excelon Associates, Monica works across higher education, K-12, healthcare, technology, and operations. A Skidmore College graduate and former professional dancer, she brings an instinct for relationship building and cultural fit that makes her particularly effective at finding the right candidate for the right institution.
VP, Operations
Based in Asheville, NC, Joshua oversees Excelon's financial services division, operational infrastructure, and talent pipeline strategy. An active licensed equity and options trader with deep blockchain and crypto industry knowledge, he works with financial services firms, blockchain companies, PE and VC funds, and government organizations to secure top talent.
