The Conscious Discipline Coach will teach Conscious Discipline classes to students of all ages and work with the Faculty to improve and refine mindfulness practices and Conscious Discipline practices, structures, and daily routines in classrooms.

The Director of Education is responsible for overseeing the academic department of the campus, including managing instructional staff, curriculum development, and student management to ensure high-quality education and student satisfaction.

The Director of Training (Welding) oversees the implementation and consistency of syllabi, lesson plans, and curricula across all instructors. They evaluate potential instructors, coordinate TEAC meetings, arrange external program activities, and participate in industry-related meetings. This role involves training and supervising instructors, assisting students in assigned subjects, conducting ongoing performance evaluations, and preparing regular reports.
