  • Oversee the academic budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and advocating for the funding, facilities, and technology academic programs need.
  • Work with student affairs and enrollment management to enhance retention, persistence, and graduation rates.
  • Represent the institution in regional, national, and international academic communities, building partnerships with industry, government, and educational organizations.
