Recruitment Manager, Global Higher Education Hub

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for delivering student enrollment targets across assigned markets, managing external partnerships, and increasing regional visibility. This role sits at the intersection of sales, relationship management, and market development, with a strong focus on driving applications through to enrollment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy and Market Growth

  • Develop and execute regional recruitment strategies aligned with institutional growth objectives.
  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets across assigned territories.
  • Identify new markets, channels, and growth opportunities.
  • Provide ongoing insights into market trends, competitor activity, and demand signals.

Agent and Partner Management

  • Build, manage, and optimize a network of international recruitment agents.
  • Deliver regular training and updates to ensure accurate program representation.
  • Monitor partner performance, ROI, and compliance with standards.
  • Develop relationships with schools, pathway providers, sponsors, and other key stakeholders.

Lead Management and Conversion

  • Manage prospective student inquiries and guide candidates through the decision-making process.
  • Drive conversion from leads to applications and enrollments through proactive engagement.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track pipelines, manage follow-ups, and report on performance.
  • Deliver a high level of service to students, families, and advisors.

Events and Engagement

  • Represent the institution at in-person and virtual recruitment events, fairs, and webinars.
  • Present effectively to diverse audiences including students, parents, and partners.
  • Support recruitment campaigns, open houses, and engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and execute virtual outreach strategies for international markets.

Data, Reporting and Performance Tracking

  • Monitor recruitment KPIs, pipeline activity, and conversion metrics.
  • Produce regular reports on performance and market insights.
  • Track budget utilization and evaluate ROI on recruitment activities.
  • Provide feedback to internal stakeholders on program demand and market trends.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with admissions, marketing, and global teams to align messaging and strategy.
  • Support development of region-specific campaigns and materials.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate representation across all recruitment touchpoints.

Travel and Representation

  • Travel internationally to support recruitment efforts as required by region.
  • Work flexibly across time zones, including evenings and weekends when needed.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support broader institutional initiatives tied to growth and international expansion.
  • Take on additional duties aligned with the scope and seniority of the role.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven experience in international student recruitment, education sales, or a target-driven environment.
  • Experience managing agents, partners, or external stakeholders.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience working with diverse, international audiences.

Preferred

  • Knowledge of international admissions, visa processes, or compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with CRM systems and data-driven recruitment strategies.
  • Background in higher education or global enrollment management.
