The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies to support student recruitment, brand awareness, and local engagement.
This individual will oversee regional marketing efforts, collaborate with global teams, and ensure that all campaigns, content, and initiatives align with broader institutional objectives while remaining locally relevant.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Reporting
- Develop and execute annual regional marketing plans aligned with institutional growth objectives and local market dynamics
- Establish reporting frameworks to track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Provide regular insights on market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
Campaign Development & Execution
- Lead the rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, events, partnerships, and PR
- Adapt global messaging frameworks to resonate with regional audiences
- Support the full recruitment funnel from awareness through application and enrollment
Digital, Social & Content Marketing
- Manage regional digital channels including web, social media, and email campaigns
- Oversee the creation of high-impact content such as student stories, alumni features, employer partnerships, and video assets
- Ensure all digital platforms are optimized for user experience and engagement
Student Recruitment Support
- Develop targeted campaigns and materials to support recruitment and conversion
- Produce region-specific marketing collateral for prospective students and stakeholders
- Collaborate with admissions and recruitment teams to align messaging and timelines
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Build strong working relationships with global marketing and external relations teams
- Partner with academic leadership, regional teams, and external partners
- Represent marketing in leadership discussions and strategic planning initiatives
Events & Brand Activation
- Lead the planning and execution of regional events including open houses, information sessions, fairs, and partner engagements
- Ensure a high-quality and consistent brand experience across all events
- Identify and execute relevant PR and media opportunities
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop regional marketing staff
- Set performance expectations, track outcomes, and support professional development
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment
Compliance & Additional Responsibilities
- Ensure all marketing activities align with brand standards, institutional policies, and applicable regulations
- Support broader strategic initiatives tied to growth, partnerships, and global expansion
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support the success of the hub
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven experience delivering marketing strategy across strategic, tactical, and operational levels
- Experience using data, insights, and market research to inform decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and deliver measurable outcomes
- Experience developing campaigns for diverse or international audiences
Preferred
- Advanced degree or professional marketing certification
- Experience in higher education, international recruitment, or global marketing environments
