- Actively participate in on-campus events, programs, and promotions, and assist with coordination of the annual graduation ceremony.
Records and Reporting
- Prepare student files and ensure completion of all necessary documentation.
- Maintain an accurate database of student and graduate files, and proactively follow up with and track all graduates.
- Assist with preparation of annual reports as required by regulatory agencies.
- Support the Career Services Director in achieving required placement statistics.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in counseling, human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- Prior related experience in the staffing industry or a related industry.
Skills and Availability
