Key Responsibilities
Enrollment Strategy
- Provide input and assessment on recruitment strategies using metrics and trend data.
- Develop, review, and monitor recruitment and enrollment strategies and practices to meet campus enrollment goals.
- Analyze statistics and trends to determine enrollment outcomes.
- Align enrollment services priorities with the Admissions Strategic Plan.
Team Leadership
- Provide direction and management for the admissions staff.
- Establish measurable goals and objectives for the admissions organization and collaborate with the Admissions Director in hiring, mentoring, and holding the admissions team accountable for meeting goals and expectations.
- Assist the Director of Admissions in recruiting, training, developing, and managing staff to achieve increased sales, leads, and business results.

- Ensure enrollment strategies are coherently developed and implemented effectively across the department.
- Oversee the management and operations of admissions, enrollment, and orientation services.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related area.
- Two years of supervisory experience.
- At least three years of experience in admissions or enrollment management, preferably in a healthcare or nursing education setting, for-profit colleges, universities, or institutes.
