- Expertise: Strong knowledge of curriculum development, assessment methodologies, and instructional technology.
- Cultural Adaptability: Previous international teaching experience, particularly in the Middle East, is preferred.
- Certifications: TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent ESL/EFL teaching certifications are an advantage.
