Key Responsibilities:

Academic and Research Excellence:

- Strengthen the faculty’s research capabilities by advancing high-impact initiatives and securing research funding.
Student Success:
- Enhance student learning experiences through progressive teaching practices and curriculum development.
- Support efforts to recruit and retain a diverse and talented student body.
Faculty and Staff Leadership:
- Lead recruitment, mentorship, and retention of top-tier faculty and staff.
- Foster a collaborative culture that emphasizes professional development and equity.
Community Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions, industry leaders, and government agencies.
- Advocate for oral health initiatives and community impact in alignment with the university’s mission.
Operational Management:

Qualifications:
Education:
- DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree in Dentistry. A PhD or advanced academic credential is preferred.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of leadership experience in dental education, research, or healthcare administration.
- A track record of fostering academic and research excellence, including a strong publication and grant funding history.
- Proven ability to manage complex budgets, resources, and organizational growth effectively.
