Qualifications:
- A terminal degree in a humanities-related discipline and a distinguished record of academic achievement, including teaching, research, and service.
- Significant leadership experience in higher education, preferably at the level of department chair, associate dean, or dean.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex budgets, build partnerships, and secure funding through grants and development efforts.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups.
