- Ethics and Compliance:
- Ensure that all AI developments adhere to ethical guidelines, privacy standards, and institutional policies.
- Proactively address concerns related to bias, transparency, and fairness in AI systems.
Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying large language models, such as GPT, BERT, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in machine learning frameworks and libraries, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face.
- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to publish in high-impact AI and machine learning conferences or journals.
