Adjunct Instructor, Radiologic Technology – Sample Job Description
Position Type: Part-Time
The Orlando Campus is seeking a dedicated and experienced Adjunct Instructor for its Radiologic Technology Program. This part-time position is intended to support the academic needs of students through effective instruction and guidance in the field of Radiologic Technology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective instruction in the Radiologic Technology Program
- Develop and implement lesson plans, assignments, and exams that align with the program’s curriculum
- Provide academic support and mentoring to students to ensure their success in the program
- Maintain accurate records of student progress, attendance, and performance
- Stay current with trends, techniques, and advancements in radiologic technology
- Collaborate with the program director and faculty to continually improve course content and delivery
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) license
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Previous teaching or clinical instruction experience is preferred but not required
