As part of its international expansion strategy, it is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead regional marketing execution within one of its global hubs.

This role will shape regional brand presence, student recruitment support, and local engagement while ensuring alignment with central marketing strategy and institutional growth objectives.

The Role
The Marketing Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate regional marketing plans that support:

  • Student recruitment and conversion
  • Brand visibility and market positioning
  • Regional engagement and partnerships
  • Hub-based activities and events

This individual will oversee regional marketing staff, coordinate closely with central marketing teams, and ensure campaigns and communications reflect institutional brand standards while being culturally and regionally relevant.
The role combines strategic planning, campaign leadership, digital oversight, team management, and cross-border collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Reporting

  • Contribute to the development of annual regional marketing plans aligned with global strategy and local market demand
  • Establish reporting structures to track campaign performance and KPIs
  • Provide insights on regional market trends and competitor activity
  • Deliver regular performance updates to senior leadership

Campaign Development & Delivery

  • Lead implementation of integrated regional campaigns across digital, social, events, partnerships, and PR
  • Ensure brand alignment while tailoring campaigns for regional relevance
  • Collaborate with central teams to adapt messaging frameworks
  • Support recruitment campaigns across inquiry, application, and conversion stages

Digital, Social & Content Marketing

  • Manage hub-specific digital channels including webpages, social platforms, and email marketing
  • Oversee creation of compelling regional content including student stories, testimonials, employer partnerships, and event highlights
  • Ensure web content is accurate, current, user-friendly, and optimized for engagement

Student Recruitment & Conversion Support

  • Develop targeted marketing materials for prospective students and partners
  • Support conversion campaigns tailored to regional audiences
  • Coordinate with admissions and recruitment teams to align messaging and timelines

Relationship Management

  • Build strong working relationships with central external relations teams
  • Collaborate closely with hub leadership, academic representatives, and local partners
  • Represent marketing within regional leadership discussions

Events & Brand Activation

  • Plan and support regional events including open houses, information sessions, fairs, corporate visits, alumni gatherings, and partner engagements
  • Ensure brand consistency and high-quality visitor experiences
  • Support regional PR and media opportunities

Team Leadership

  • Manage and develop Marketing Executives or Coordinators within the hub
  • Set objectives, monitor performance, and identify development needs
  • Foster a collaborative, high-performing marketing culture
  • Represent regional marketing in global contexts when appropriate

Compliance & Operational Oversight

  • Ensure marketing activities comply with institutional policies and data protection regulations
  • Support broader hub initiatives aligned with growth and partnership development
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required

Candidate Profile
Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
    Preferred:
  • Advanced degree or professional marketing qualification
  • Membership in a recognized marketing association

Experience

  • Demonstrated experience delivering marketing strategy at strategic, tactical, and operational levels
  • Experience using data and market research to inform campaigns
  • Proven success managing marketing teams and delivering measurable outcomes
  • Experience marketing to diverse or international audiences
  • Ability to resolve challenges using sound judgment and creativity

Communication

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing ability
  • Ability to communicate with credibility and diplomacy

Planning & Organization

  • Strong project management capability across multiple initiatives
  • Ability to prioritize and execute under tight deadlines
  • Experience aligning operational plans with long-term strategy
