Randie Levine

Randie is a master’s prepared Nurse and Recruiter. Early in Randie’s career, she practiced nursing in NYC with a focus on neonatal nursing and pediatric critical care. After receiving her master’s, she spent several years as a Maternal Child Health Nursing Administrator. She took time off to raise her children and returned to the workforce as a Recruiter, in Boca Raton, FL.  Randie is a dynamic and result-focused talent recruitment and acquisition professional. She manages all phases of domestic and international full-cycle recruiting, from initial sourcing, qualifying, coordinating interviews, negotiating, and closing candidates. She creatively sources hard to find high-caliber passive candidates for entry-level through C-level positions. Randie is an account manager. She works on direct-hire, contract, and temp-perm positions for contingency, retained, and confidential searches.
