Michael Yakubov is an entrepreneur, mentor, coach, and professional career trainer who specializes in developing a client-centered learning environment to help progress the careers of professionals in various industries. Michael is also a former legislative aide in the New Jersey State Assembly, he has served as a New Jersey municipal elected official, and is the founder of The Resumaniacs Career Development Company. In his professional career, Michael has previously served as Dean of Enrollment Strategy, the Assistant Director of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions, Assistant Dean of Business Operations, and Director of MBA programs. Michael holds a BA in Criminal Justice and an MA in Public Administration from Kean University, where he also served as a member of the board of trustees. Michael is also on the cusp of completing his doctoral degree at Wilmington University in Higher Education Leadership with a dissertational focus on institutional budgeting and closure predictability. In his personal endeavors, Michael has also served as a guest speaker for PSE&G, the PSGCNJ organization, Westwood Library, Morris Library, and has served as the lead career trainer at William Paterson University’s School of Continuing Education. Moreover, Michael has experience in small business consulting, operational logistics, campaign management, marketing, and brand strategy design. In joining Excelon Associates, Michael hopes to elevate the business model through the strategic development of new partnerships, management of recruitment operations, and creation of several new pipelines for the successful placement of top-level talent.
