The SVP Sales and Marketing is responsible for establishing sophisticated strategies and executing them through the relevant teams. This person has a strong command of both marketing and sales at a senior level. In addition to leading sales and marketing teams, this person can also develop senior level relationships (c-suite and VP level within HR, Professional Development, Training, academic education).
We’re looking for someone who’s analytical, easily engages c-suite executives, executes with excellence, and can iterate growth experiments at lightning speed. You also know how to scale initiatives that work. As we grow, we expect the SVP to add like-minded superior performers to your teams and help create winning strategic plans. You will own the sales funnel from demand generation to conversion optimization. You’ll use analytics to support your strategy and execution of growth, but you’ll also know when to act on a good hunch. Representing the ‘voice of the customer’, we’re counting on you to leverage your client, competitor, and market insights into new products by working closely with your peers.
