Summary: This role, reporting to the Director of Digital Marketing, will be primarily responsible for lead generation through Search and Digital Marketing.
To accomplish this, the Search Marketing Manager will work externally with Digital Marketing and Lead Generation Agencies to analyze business performance; identify trends, issues, and opportunities; develop strategies and plans; recommend spending requirements and trade-offs; maintain budget control; manage plan execution; and provide routine reporting.
Internally, the manager will work collaboratively with marketing and business analyst associates to reconcile lead data across data sources including Velocify and Google.
Technical skill requirements for this role include previous management of search campaigns (prior agency experience is a strong plus), and advanced working knowledge of Google Analytics, and CRM exposure. In addition to technical proficiency, managerial skill requirements include teamwork, collaboration, creativity, critical thinking, and an ability to function independently.
