Implementation Support Manager

Position Summary:
The Implementation Support Manager will actively support the business-to-business programs and education with alignment of strategic goals related to trade programs. This position will support the growth and development of current and expanding academic program offerings while also targeting clientele related to the business-to-business aspects of the organization.

The position requires an individual to work with a high level of independence, have strong project management, communication, and collaboration skills, a willingness to provide superior customer service, and a passion for creating and supporting innovative educational solutions for customers, students, and faculty.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with academics to recruit/train/evaluate teaching faculty for business-to-business programs.
  • Explore certifications for existing/new trade programs to increase the employability of graduates.
  • Identify business-to-business targets and assist the VP of Client Solutions in turning them into customers.
  • Establish partnerships with other training providers, private companies, and workforce avenues to support business-to-business programs.
  • Provide collaborative follow-up with the curriculum committee related to resources to support learning outcomes with trade programs.
  • Review new program opportunities and support applications for new programs with academics and compliance.
  • Explore/build curricula that are complemented and supported by portable and stackable credentials for trade programs.
  • Partner with academics related to the evaluation and audit of all lab spaces and required tools/equipment on a consistent basis.
  • Participate in the planning of new facilities and upgrading of existing facilities to support learning outcomes of trade programs.
  • Implement quality assurance methods for business-to-business courses related to customer satisfaction and quality in the learning environment. 

Other Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with academics on various innovative projects to support student satisfaction and retention efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned. 

Required Knowledge, Education, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in education or a similar related field required, Master’s degree preferred. 

Physical Environment:

  • Most work is performed in a temperature-controlled office environment
  • Incumbent may sit for long periods of time at a desk or computer terminal
  • Incumbent may use calculators, keyboards, telephone and other office equipment
  • Stooping, bending twisting, and reaching may be required
  • Some work may be completed in classroom or shop environment

  • Graphic design and audio/video editing experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative/team-based environment, working as an enthusiastic and flexible team member.
