We are seeking an experienced General Liability Partner to join our client’s dynamic team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance defense, with a strong focus on General Liability cases. The General Liability Partner will play a crucial role in managing cases, developing litigation strategies, and providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage a diverse caseload of General Liability matters
- Collaborate with other partners and associates to develop effective litigation strategies
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates
- Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
- Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
- Stay current on industry trends and developments to provide informed legal advice
Requirements:
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
- Florida Bar Admission/Member in Good Standing
- Minimum of 7+ years of insurance defense experience, with a focus on General Liability cases
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage a large caseload and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
