Faculty, Radiologic Technology – St. Louis, MO (Fall 2025 Start)
Excelon Associates is recruiting on behalf of a respected institution seeking a full-time Radiologic Technology faculty member for its campus in St. Louis, MO. This is a temporary, full-time faculty appointment beginning in Fall 2025. Rank and compensation will be commensurate with qualifications and teaching experience.
The ideal candidate will be a committed educator with experience in both classroom and clinical instruction. This faculty member will play a key role in delivering instruction, mentoring students, contributing to program operations, and supporting continuous improvement efforts within the Radiologic Technology program.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver lecture and lab instruction for Radiologic Technology courses in alignment with program outcomes.
- Develop and grade exams and assignments to evaluate student performance.
- Meet with students individually to discuss progress and provide academic support.
- Facilitate clinical training and maintain close coordination with clinical sites.
- Support student advisement and academic planning.
- Participate in the selection of textbooks, instructional tools, and learning resources.
- Contribute to curriculum design, learning outcomes assessment, and program evaluation.
- Oversee program accreditation and assessment activities.
- Participate in departmental and institutional budget planning.
- Take a leadership role in shaping the continued development of the program.
- Serve on institutional committees and participate in campus-wide initiatives.
- Assist with student recruitment and community outreach.
- Attend faculty meetings, commencement, and institutional ceremonies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least two years of experience teaching in a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience in the discipline
- Current ARRT registration in radiography
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Two or more years of experience as a JRCERT-accredited program instructor
- At least three years of clinical experience in the discipline
- Proficiency in curriculum development, instructional design, academic advising, and program management
- ARRT certification in multiple modalities
