Director of Sales and Partnership Development – Domestic
The Director of Sales and Partnership Development will create and implement college sales strategies; with marketing, will develop strategic sales and marketing objectives and targets. The Director of Sales and Partnership Development will establish sales territories and quotas, manage budgets, and evaluate sales performance and market growth. The Director of Sales and Partnership Development will also contribute to and develop emerging new programs to capture the market presence and create partnerships in the healthcare marketplace; ideally, to develop a trainer/consultant partner relationship within the healthcare industry.
This person is a highly motivated and self-driven individual that will bring new ideas with implementation strategies to the table while continuing to expand their knowledge within the industry and closely monitor trends and emerging customer needs. This individual will have experience in and have a passion for driving market presence and revenues. This position is full-time exempt salaried with benefits, ideally in the Milwaukee, WI Headquarters.
