Director of Enrollment (Remote Team) – Miami, FL Location Requirement: This position must be based in either Atlanta, GA, or Miami, Delray, or Orlando, FL.The Director of Enrollment is responsible for overseeing a remote team of admissions representatives, ensuring effective management of leads, campaigns, and enrollment processes. This role requires a dynamic leader who can monitor employee performance, manage team activities, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize enrollment strategies. 

Monitor Employee Performance:

  • Check in with remote admissions staff via video calls or messaging platforms.Review daily reports and metrics to ensure goals are being met.Provide immediate feedback and support as needed.
Team Management:
  • Manage the distribution of new leads to admissions representatives.Monitor the activity of admissions representatives.Oversee Speed to Lead processes.Address any issues with lead quality or volume.Ensure clear communication of admissions policies and procedures.Update Verity systems with new data.Ensure data integrity and accuracy.Conduct virtual team meetings to review performance, address issues, and share updates.Provide training and development sessions for admissions staff.Review weekly performance reports and KPIs for each team member.Identify trends and areas for improvement.Hold daily meetings with Admissions Representatives.Hold weekly stitch-in meetings with respective campus staff (online & ground campuses).
Campaign Management:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to review and refine ongoing campaigns.Adjust strategies based on performance data and feedback.Prepare for upcoming marketing campaigns in collaboration with the marketing team.Review the performance of past campaigns and apply learnings to future efforts.
Enrollment Management:
  • Review the admissions pipeline to ensure steady progress and identify trends.Identify and address any bottlenecks in the process.Analyze monthly performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of admissions strategies.Prepare detailed reports highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
Staff Performance Reviews:
  • Conduct one-on-one performance reviews with admissions staff.Set goals and development plans for each team member.
