Position Overview: A prominent educational institution is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Admissions to oversee all admissions activities at the Phoenix campus. This role involves strategic leadership, team development, and operational management to ensure enrollment goals align with institutional objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive admissions strategies to attract and enroll qualified students.
  • Oversee admissions operations, including application processing, candidate evaluation, enrollment forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a dedicated admissions team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic departments to coordinate student recruitment initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze admissions metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with institutional policies and applicable regulations.
  • Represent the institution at local and regional recruitment events and professional conferences.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in admissions, enrollment management, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of achieving enrollment targets.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data effectively for strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with admissions software and CRM platforms.
