Campus President (Confidential) – Houston, TX
Our client is conducting a confidential search for a dynamic and experienced Campus President to lead a large campus in Houston, TX.
The ideal candidate will have extensive leadership experience in allied health education, with a preference for candidates who have a nursing background. This role requires a strong understanding of managing large-scale operations and profit and loss (P&L) oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Manage and support multiple allied health programs, including nursing,
- Lead a large team of employees providing mentorship, strategic direction, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Ensure the campus meets or exceeds its financial, enrollment, and academic performance targets through effective P&L management.
- Maintain open communication with students, faculty, and staff to ensure a positive learning environment and foster a strong campus community.
- Represent the campus within the broader organization, ensuring alignment with the institution’s goals and mission.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in campus leadershipÂ
- Experience running a large campus and managing multiple high-demand programs.
- Strong financial acumen with a track record of managing P&L and driving campus profitability.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading large teams, with a focus on employee development and fostering a collaborative campus environment.
