The Campus President reports to the Senior Vice President of Ground Campuses & Admissions and is responsible for creating a dynamic environment that supports educational achievement. This role requires initiative, sound judgment, and strategic oversight of all campus operations, including budget management, staffing, marketing, community engagement, and curriculum development.
The Campus President ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and alignment with the institution’s mission and core values. These values represent the fundamental principles that guide organizational culture and decision-making across all levels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and execute campus goals and philosophy within organizational guidelines.
- Develop and manage the campus operating budget.
- Create, review, and implement policies and procedures across all departments.
- Hire, supervise, evaluate, and if necessary, terminate staff; provide performance feedback and professional development.
- Lead campus departments by setting goals and monitoring performance metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and accreditation standards.
- Oversee financial processes including budgeting, expenses, and revenue monitoring.
- Approve service contracts, training site agreements, equipment purchases, and operational support vendors.
- Act as custodian of records; maintain and oversee student and personnel documentation in accordance with legal standards.
- Prepare required accreditation and compliance reports.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for students and staff.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in Higher Education Administration. Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
Language Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Must be able to read and interpret professional publications, write reports, and present to diverse audiences.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to calculate and apply various mathematical concepts relevant to budgeting and reporting.
Reasoning Skills:
Demonstrated ability to solve problems, interpret policies, and navigate non-standardized scenarios effectively.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email systems, and internet navigation is required.
Supervisory Responsibilities
Oversees approximately 10 direct reports, including supervisors and department leads. Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluations, discipline, and staff development.
