Position Overview: The Campus President serves as the chief executive officer of the campus, responsible for providing visionary leadership, strategic planning, operational oversight, and community engagement. This individual ensures academic excellence, financial sustainability, and growth, fostering an environment supportive of student success, faculty development, and staff excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to achieve the institution’s mission, vision, and goals.
  • Oversee campus operations, including academics, admissions, student services, finance, and human resources.
  • Develop and manage campus budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and optimal resource allocation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, educational institutions, businesses, and alumni.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance student enrollment, retention, and graduation rates.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that promotes academic quality, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Oversee compliance with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the campus in external affairs and advocate for institutional interests with local and regional stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree required; doctoral degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in higher education.
  • Proven track record of successful management in academic, administrative, and financial operations.
  • Strong experience in strategic planning, budget management, and resource allocation.
  • Demonstrated success in community engagement, fundraising, and external relations.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
