- Formulate and implement strategic plans to bolster domestic market presence in the USA.
- Craft persuasive proposals and presentations that resonate with client needs.
- Handle project management for business development activities across a diverse client base.
- Offer strategic sales and development support to the Vice President of Client Solutions.
- Collaborate in team efforts to forge partnerships and actualize business opportunities.
- Work with internal teams, including Accounting, Marketing, and Operations, to guarantee flawless project delivery.
- Establish and nurture essential relationships with business stakeholders and partners.
- Scout for alternative projects and initiatives within skilled trades education.
- Partner with internal parties to assess and prepare business justifications for projects.
- A champion of innovation and eco-friendly practices.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field such as engineering, economics, or business, or possesses equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years experience in business development, with a preference for backgrounds in skilled trades.
- Proficient in managing complex projects with multiple components and teams.
- Utilizes technical knowledge to convey offerings to potential clientele effectively.
- Familiarity with technical aspects of welding, plumbing, electrical, HVAC/R, and sustainability is advantageous.
- Proficient in legal principles related to commercial contract negotiations.
- Aptitude for assimilating complex, technical information swiftly.
- Experienced in creating strategic plans for intricate projects involving numerous stakeholders.
- Exceptional interpersonal capabilities to foster and maintain professional relationships.
- Innovative problem-solving abilities to address present and prospective obstacles.

- Availability for business travel as necessitated by role demands.
