Are you a problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, student-centered environments? We are seeking an Assistant Campus Director to serve as the right hand to the Campus President, with a strong focus on daily operations and cross-functional coordination.
This is an ideal role for someone with leadership experience in education and campus-based operations who’s ready to take ownership of operations, systems, and team performance to make a major impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day campus operations, including leadership, scheduling, compliance, fiscal responsibilities, retention, and staffing support
- Manage and optimize workflows across departments (admissions, academics, career services, etc.)
- Track KPIs and campus performance metrics; prepare internal reports and recommend improvements
- Support the Campus Director in executing strategic initiatives, staff coaching, and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate student lifecycle operations from enrollment to graduation, ensuring service consistency
- Maintain a visible campus presence to help address student or staff concerns in real-time
- Assist in budget monitoring and vendor management for campus operations
Qualifications:
- 5 years of operational leadership in higher education. Strong organizational and process improvement skills
- Comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities and working across departments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
