Admissions Representative, Nursing – Miami, FL

As an Admissions Representative, your primary responsibility is to guide prospective students in achieving their career goals by introducing them to our programs through virtual or on-campus tours. You’ll help them select the right path, whether in healthcare or technology, and support their enrollment process.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about education and find fulfillment in helping others pursue their future. We offer small class sizes, industry-relevant tools, and flexible learning options (online and on-campus).

Essential Responsibilities
Student Engagement & Enrollment

  • Contact and follow up with prospective students via phone and email
  • Conduct engaging campus tours and admissions interviews
  • Guide applicants through the enrollment process and program selection
  • Meet or exceed performance-based enrollment targets
  • Use strong closing and follow-up skills (note: no cold calling)
  • Work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Professional Development

  • Maintain an up-to-date Individual Development Plan
  • Participate in ongoing in-service training and professional development
  • Complete an annual performance review with the Admissions Director

Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience as an Admissions Representative

Work Environment

  • Travel Requirements: Less than 10%
