Admissions Representatives are responsible for assisting prospective students in achieving their career goals. This involves conducting virtual campus tours and explaining various career programs. The primary objective is to enroll students in their chosen programs, guiding them to become successful medical and technology professionals. Admissions Representatives typically find this role very rewarding. Essential Responsibilities:
Instruction and Curriculum

  1. Contacts prospective students via phone and email.
  2. Conducts campus tours and interviews with prospective students.
  3. Performs daily admissions activities, including recruitment and enrollment.
  4. Consistently meets performance targets.
  5. Utilizes closing and follow-up skills (no cold calls required).
  6. Works effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Demonstrates the ability to work independently.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.

Development

  1. Completes and maintains an Individual Development Plan/Summary.
  2. Attends regularly scheduled in-services and discipline-specific professional development activities.
  3. Completes annual appraisal with the Admissions Director.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

  • Possesses a Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 2 years of prior experience as an Admissions Representative.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and telephone communication skills.
  • Strong self-initiative and motivation.
  • Organizational skills and the drive to succeed.

Work Environment
Travel Requirements

  • Less than 10% travel required.
