Dean of Academics Affairs – Tampa, FL
The Dean of Academic Affairs is a senior academic leader responsible for overseeing the strategic and operational direction of the academic faculty. This role plays a central part in delivering the institution’s academic vision and ensuring alignment with broader university strategy. The Dean will guide faculty performance, academic planning, and institutional representation, while contributing to income growth and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and line management to the academic leadership team.
- Oversee faculty performance, development, and academic staffing.
- Supervise delivery of support services within the faculty.
- Foster and develop alumni engagement and relationships.
- Implement institutional policies, with particular attention to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
- Represent the faculty externally to promote academic offerings and attract partnerships.
- Lead academic planning to support excellence in education and meet performance goals, including financial targets.
- Oversee student recruitment, admissions, educational quality, and student welfare.
- Organize and manage faculty operations within the administrative framework.
- Ensure the effective execution of the academic strategy and optimize student experience.
- Collaborate with executive and development teams to identify new income-generating opportunities.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Provost.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Earned doctorate from an accredited institution.
- Proven leadership in higher education and academic administration.
- Demonstrated strength in strategic planning and execution.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English required (native or near-native level).
- Additional fluency in French, German, or Spanish is desirable.
